Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

A backpack of good quality made of dense fabric, a little heavy because of this, but in general, this is perhaps its only minus. Many pockets, looks very cute.

The backpack is great, better than the pictures. Very good finishes and being canvas, it is breathable and avoid sweating on the back. It took something else to get in the wrong direction of me, although in Spanish post office I was located and sent to the correct address. Good Shopping
Good Quality but size needs to be little more big.
I buy a second such backpack. The first used daily and a lot, it lasted almost a year and a half, then in turn stopped to lock zippers: first on the back pocket, which I use for keys from the apartment, then on a large outer pocket behind. Apparently used them more often than others. Three layers of internal pockets, one on top of the other sewn to the lining seemed quite uncomfortable: the first-a huge, lockable Velcro, over it a pocket with a zipper, which is inconvenient to open and close because, that the first opens when using lightning. The third layer of pockets-without locks, and all that you put in them, easily falls out of them. In addition, this three-layer cake pockets can fill almost all the space in the center of the backpack so that some box in it no longer put, although the free space is full! I would prefer inside two or three pockets with a zipper at different heights, for more rational use of the internal volume. The rest of the backpack is excellent!
