Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.

THE store sent the product, lacked the padlock toast I not received, but the backpack is excellent, very big and with many compartments dividers. Great material.

I love the bag. Very sturdy and spacious. I personally love Tigernu brands and will recommend all the time.
Big roomy bag. Feels like good quality. The USB port has a replaceable cable, shown in picture. Also shown the hole in the bag to pass the earphone cable through. This hole is facing up though, so there is a slight concern about rainwater getting into the bag easily. In the front accessories compartment, was expecting more pockets at the bottom side. Alas only pockets are near the top. Double zip feature is only on the big compartment. The laptop compartment and the two smaller compartments have single zips.

This is the best purchase on Ali. We ordered 2.11 taught 6.11! The quality is just above all praise, keeps the shape, a lot of compartments and pockets (while it looks concise). One compartment even has a zipper in which you can put the lock. the compartment for the laptop under the straps from the back is a great move from thieves in transport. It came in 2 week from chine to Slovakia ;-) Looks great and it has a good quality :-) I expected quite smaller bagpack but its fine to have a lot of place inside. I hope that it will be usefull and would not broke in a few months. Thx
