Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Delivery time is quite arranged. Only two weeks waited for the goods. But the product is not very high quality. The material itself, harm would, quality. But in many places on the seams stick out and hang threads. Including preventing the loading of pockets. The soft layer is not stitched at all and dangles inside the pockets for cargo. Regarding the durability and strength of the whole product, i can not say anything yet, because i have not trained in it. But in general i'm glad that i received my goods!

The goods came pretty quickly. Ordered 2019-01-18 Came 2019-02-14 The goods are satisfied. The only negative in the bags, are not provided for "closure". It would not prevent them to make velcro on themselves. And so-have to look for additional weights in the form of metal shavings or sand and sew them yourself, so as not to fall out of the sand or not to crumble the shavings.
I certainly got caught on it sticking threads, but in general it seems strong. I think to look in the drawing bars or strip for cutting on the goods.
